lymph nodes swelling

hi dr!!!! thanks for your fast answer.. the lymph node in the armpit is swollen..sometimes i can feel it sometimes not..it comes and goes.around my piercing in the right nipple there is a very very very small "mugla" that comes out...but in a very little quantity.. can the lymph node in the left armpit swell because of a piercing in the right nipple? thank ytou again.. shabat shalom avi
