Treatment of children with autistic like behavior is well documented and there are a few aproaches, most of the behavioral and educational. this children are treated in Israel through special education services, after the age of 3 years. treatment will include speech therapy, special education teachers, ocupational therapists, treatment through music and other ways of creating a response and conection with the child. outcomes have improved in the last years through better understanding and more family involvment. services are provided for children through the municipal and educational services at the place of residence of the familiy. there are also parents who started a support group that is very active here and has built some hostel for older people and teenagers. if the child has been diagnosed expectations should be keept in a real frame of change and be supported by the child's improvment since this is a long term and basic trait of development which will be his for all of his life
