Glue Ear - urgent advice

Hello Sorry for the English. I am in the UK without a keyboard in Hebrew. My 3 year old daughter has glue ear AND is scheduled for the grommets operation tomorrow (Monday). Her addenoids will also possibly will be removed. The problem is that she has a cold. I've been keeping her at home for a while now but the cold is still there. Can she have the operation? what are the risks? I'd be grateful for a quick reply. Many thanks!
