ear pain

Hi, I am suffering from ear pain almost a month now. I was treated with Amoxicillin for 10 days, The Antibiotic started to help AND than the pain got worse. I came back to see the doctore only after 10 days. She said the ear looks worse AND called another doctor for second opinion. The second doctor said its a sinuse infection AND the pain comes from there. so she gave me a new antibiotic called Azithromycin. After 2 days of extrim pain, I went to see a doctore in a different clinique. He said the ear looks red AND swollen, AND diagnoose me with saver external ear infection. He changed my antibiotic to Levaquin(for 5 days) AND also gave my antibiotic ear drop called Cipro HC Otic suspension ALC . It been two days AND Im still in pain, is that normal? Im suppouse to fly to 2 weeks vacation in 3 days, can I fly like that?. . the pain is deep inside the ear, AND in the throat. I have a very low feaver, AND Im tired all the time. Please let me know what do you think
