Urgent

In the last week I have two white sours in my mouth, which I have occasionally. However, this time it is still there for more than a week, AND I have also headaches, AND in the past two days I have a fever of around 38.2 I am on vacation in Europe, don't have any cold OR throat pain. Should I be alarmed AND go to the doctor here? OR just rest in bed? Thanks for your help.
