pain in the throat AND ears + head

hi dr!!! first of all i read info from this web AND i am greatfull for people like you gyus in the crew..it really helps people.. now to my problem!! in the last two month i have a severe sore throat (isnt red OR something like flu) just a pain that started in the low part of the throat(even under the gorgeret!!) i really scared that it is somethins serious, my two ears are ringing a lot AND i have a pain in the head all the time..the gorgeret area is really swollen AND i have difficulties in swallowing AND breathing...i am scared that it is a starting of a tumor OR something like that.... what should i do AND if it is tumor is it too late??? thanks for your advice avi p.s - i am in canada thats why it is in english AND i wonder if you can write me what exams should i do!!
