לצערי התגלה גידול סרטני בשד. אבקש לקבל הסבר תוצאות הביופסיה: האבחנה: infiltatung carcinoma . Weak. Incomplete membanous immunoreactivity for HER-2/NEU protein expression observed in 5%of infiltrating tumor cells(score 1,range 1-3). Interpretation: negative The study was performed with mononoclnal Ab-4B5 (Ventana) 2. Estrogen receptor immunoreactivity positive. Quantitation: 100% of tumor cells positive. Intensity of staining: strong Internal control: immunoreactive. The study was performed with mononoclnal Ab-SP1 (NeoMarkers) 3. Progestron receptor immunoreactivity negative (<1% of tumor cells) internal control: immunoreactive. The study was performed with mononoclnal Ab-16 (NovoCastra) 4. Ki67 expressed in6-9% of tumor cells. (score 2,range 1-4). The study was performed with mononoclnal Ab-Mib (Dako) Positive controls show the expected staining. Negative controls show no immunostaining. All stains peformed using an automated using immunostainer Benchmark XT (Ventana) according to the manufaftures's instructions תודה רבה
