שלום ד"ר, לפני שלושה שבועות עשיתי בדיקת זרע וקיבלתי את התוצאות הבאות: Coaqulum present: NO Color: Normal PH 7.5 Volume: 2.5 ml Sperm Concentration: 90 Milion in 1 cc Percent of motile sperm: 30' after ejaculation grade of motility:בודדים Percent of nonviable sperm (eosin test): 40% Spermatozoa with normal morphology: 8% Types - Head and neck abnormality a) Amorphous: 70% b) Tapering: 5% c) Round 10% d) Neck 10: e) Others: 5% White blood cells present 2-4 (בשדה) לפני שבוע עשיתי בדיקת זרע וקיבלתי את התוצאות הבאות: Coaqulum present: NO Color: Normal PH 7.6 Volume: 0.5 ml Sperm Concentration: 66 Milion in 1 cc Percent of motile sperm: 30' after ejaculation grade of motility: 65% Spermatozoa with normal morphology:12% Smit Criteria Types - Head and neck abnormality a) Amorphous: 75% b) Tapering: 5% c) Round 5% d) Neck 10%: e) Big: 5% White blood cells present 6-4 (בשדה) הבדיקות נעשו לפי קריטריון WHO האם התוצאות תקינות? האם ניתן להשיג הריון טבעי עם נתונים אלו? איך ניתן להסביר את השוני בבדיקות? תודה על עזרתך.
