Breast enlargement

Breast enlargement ,throughout body fat ejection , do u recommend on it? Do u use it ? And why r the pro's and no's comparing to a full surgery 

hi saw. using injected fat for the purpose of enlarging breasts is practiced in some countries for a few years now.the main advantage being ,of course , eliminating the need for a silicone implant and using one's own tissues.the main disadvantages are the required procedure to aspirate the fat , the irregularities and asymetry that can occur and some artefacts seen on mammograms after healing. this technique is not a popular one
