Assuming the findings on the CT imaging explain your back and leg pain-the options begin with physiotherapy', include injections in the pain clinic, and sometimes even surgery -if the other treatments do not help. But the first point that needs to be cleared is whether or not that excruciating leg pain is emanating from your back.
