high pitch voice

I am a 40 year old male and I am suffering since I was 17 from high pitch voice I have practiced to lower my voice pitch and it was easier in the morning but after that I could not speak but in a high pitch voice especially when I speak more than 10 minutes or if I am tired. Please tell me Doctor if there is any therapy for that case. Thank you

I assume you had multiple speech therapy multiple time. you should have stroboscopic examination of your vocal cords surgery may be considered based on exam findings
