Hello Efi, You should definitely use a steroid cream prescribed by her dermatologist to relieva the acute symptoms- i.e. eczema-redness, scale etc.Sometimes there is a colonization of bacteria that prevent improvement. Dust mite is all over- but especially inside pillows, so replacing them is more important- you have to do it once in a couple of years.Moisturising your childs skin with ointments -on a daily basis -is of outmost importance. Please refer to the article on atopic dermatitis - you should find it in the forum- .

Thank you for replying so quickly. By a miricle way we started using the"atopic cool" right away which made magic from first use. The scraches and redness are complitly gone from neck, knees and face. on her elbows which looked like an iron burnt it the skin cleared but in both elbows grew 2 funny "akne looking like" on her wrist which looked like elephant black skin its the same but 4-5 "akne"looking and that the only place she start scraching again.i have to add also that this was the first spot to the atopi started 3 moths ago. I see many kids with Atopy in my line of work, now it really looks different. is there any chance this is not Atopic? I also like to take the chance to THANK the people in this forums which wrote about their recoveries, that saved us, thanks a million.
