עזרה בmri צווארי לא מהארץ

לפני 30 שנה עברתי למינקטומי צווארי עד לפני חצי שנה הכל היה תקין. אז החלקתי אחורה נפילה והגונה, לאחר זמן מה התחלתי להרגיש ולשמוע קנקים חריקות בצוואר כיום יש לי כאב בצד שמאל באמצע הצוואר בכתף לעיתים אצבעות ביד נתפסות . ברגליים אצבעות רדומות קצת כאבים במותן מצורף mri לא מהארץ אודה על הסבר או המלצה מה לעשות תודה רבה מאוד <FINDINGS:>> Vertebral bodies: No compression fracture. Flattening of the cord and mild canal stenosis. The canal measures 9.5 mm in AP dimension. Moderate bilateral foraminal narrowing due to uncovertebral atrophy and facet arthropathy. Severe left facet arthropathy. C5-6: Broad-based disc osteophyte complex. Flattening of the cord and moderate canal stenosis. The canal measures 6.7 mm in AP dimension.
