strange

Hi! I just came back from playing basketball, and the weirdest thing happened to me there... I got a hit from an elbow straight into my bicep, and then i noticed a very big "bubble" under my skin that moved pretty quickly from my bicep up to the end of it ant then was gone... that "bubble" was very big, about 2-3 inches big, and it looked kind of liquidy... does anyone knows what was it and if it is dangerous or something? Thanks!
