Blood in the poo...

Hello, My name is uri, AND I am in Peru an the moment. I went to the toilet AND when i was done i realized i had blood... Not alot, AND it was gone. I have a strange feeling in the stomuck but it does not heart. I don´t remmeber eating OR drinking enything strange, it was all packed beside the chicken that i was eating for the last 2 months. I have antibiotica but I´m not sure if to use it OR not. I don´t seem to have fever AND something more - I took 1 pill for malaria last saturday. Please advice me, Uri.
