14mm extra-axial mess of the left frontal lobe with underlying hyperostosis of the left frontal bone is most consistent with a meningioma with underlying calvarial hyperostosis . 2 almost complete opacification of the left frontal sinus with lesser involvement of the ethmoid air cells and right frontal sinus. 3 small vessels come in contact with the origin of the fifth cranial nerves bilaterally .

dear joren, In general it is impossible to give individual device without seeing the MR/CT images. There is importance to know why the MR scan was performed in the first place. What are the symptoms and complaints of the patient. Sometimes findings on MR not related to the complaints of the patient.
