תוצאות mri אשמח לעזרה בהבנת הפענוח

שלום רב, סובלת מפסודוטומר צרברי , עברתי לפני שנה וחצי צנתור מוחי עם 2 סטנטים . ביצעתי mri ותוצאותיו באנגלית אשמח לדעת מה המשמעות. להלן התשובות FINDINGS Sulci, ventricles and cisterns are within normal limits Few tiny T2/FLAIR hyperintense foci are seen in the periventricular and subcortical white matter, which are .nonspecific No mass, hemorrhage or recent infarct is detected No abnormal parenchymal or meningeal enhancement Major flow voids are unremarkable Minimal flattenign of the posterior sclera. Mild distenstion of the subarachnoid spaces in the optic nerve sheath complexes and partial empty sella. These findings are suggestive of increased intracranial hypertension for clinical correlation Otherwise orbits are unremarkable Paranasal sinuses are clear Mucosal thickening of the bilateral mastoid aircells. Prominent adenoid with small retention cysts .No focal skulesion is detected MRV: Loss of flow related signal in the right transverse-segmoid sinus at the site of stent however preserved flow void is noted in other sequences, likely this is secondary to susceptibility artifact. Otherwise .major dural venous sinuses appear patent with normal flow related signal :IMPRESSION No acute intracranial abnormalities Sings of mild icreased intracranial pressure; for clinical correlation S/p stenting the right transverse sinus. Evaluation of the stent patency is limited due to artifacts. Otherwise .MRV is unremarkable Mucosal thickening of the mastoid aircells for clinical correlation. תודה רבה
