Shalom Lior, There is a tight correlation between corneal thickness, dark-adapted pupillary diameter, and the amount of correction to be performed. All parameters should concide so that the thickness of the remaining posterior portion of the cornea does not exceed 250 microns. best regards, Dr. D. Rozenbaum
