pof

hi i was diagnosed with pof, at the age of 38, second time fsh 118. i tried going for acupunture, two weeks later i had strong pain i went to moked and they said i was approaching ovulation, with two fillicles, one was 15 mm and the other one 14mm. today two weeks later i went to see my gynecologist and she did another ulatrasound and saw again one follicle 15mm and uterus lining of 7 mm is it possible to ovulate after two weeks? is it possible that i am pregnant and have a follicles while being pregnant? could it be that my menopause reversed? would i be getting my period is i was ovulating two weeks ago? i am very confused,please help me get things straight. thanks
