I had a DandC about two AND a half weeks ago because of a preagnancy that did not develop. (empty sac) This has been my third preagnancy loss within the last 16 months. (I do have one healthy child). Two weeks after the DandC i had a saline infusion ultrasound AND a polyp was found in the back wall area. How long after a DandC you would* ? recommend to perform an operative hysteroscopy ? What is the best timing for such a procedure** How long after such a procedure you would recommend to try to ? get preagnant again
