eye infection

my son 15 months had eye infection for a week, which we initially treated with breast mile AND cammoimle tea, than with drops. we finshed the treatment of the drops few days ago. again today woke up with infected eye. also last week was ill, had shilshul AND fever. how can I help him with homepathy?
