שלום, אני (בת 26) ובן זוגי (בן 30) מנסים להיקלט להריון. בן זוגי נוטל כדור פרופסיה- כדור למניעת נשירת שיער במרש רופא כל יום ב-5 שנים האחרונות. האם נטילת כדורי פרופסיה יכולה להפריע לתהליך ההיקלטות, השרשה או נזקים בתא הזרע, ובמילים אחרות, האם קיימת הפרעה לפוריות הזרע? תודה.

In a study evaluating the effect of finasteride on semen parameters, 181 men, age 19 to 41 years, were randomized to receive either finasteride 1 mg or placebo for 48 weeks (four spermatogenic cycles). Of the 181 men randomized, 79 were included in a subset for collection and analysis of sequential semen samples. The results showed that, compared with placebo, finasteride 1 mg/day for 48 weeks did not affect sperm concentration, total sperm per ejaculate, the percentage of motile sperm or the percentage of sperm with normal morphology in ejaculated semen
