הריון מחוץ לרחם-הפלה HELP-am I covered in the insu

I wanted to know if I had this kind of pregnancy AND I had to have an abortion because my doctor told me I could die, if I'm coverd by a health insurance of "Maccabi"? AND I live abroad I know they don't cover abortions but they cover a matter of a life risk if there is a chnce you could die pleas help thank you

I have international insirance from maccabi. I pay 300 shekels a month to be covered abroad. so in that case with is the poolicy of a life risk? am i covered pls let me know asap thanks
