heart rythem

hi, i am 26 years old woman . lately i have been feeling my heart beating not in order, and after i feel like something is stuck in my throat. a liitle like chocking. it doesnt happen everyday, but sometimes few times dayly. when i was a child, i was sick with RF (rhumatic fever) with effect also on the heart, but it is considered to be totaly cured. should i worry? should i see a doctor? thank you , Yael
