בריאות הלב לאחר 2 ניתוחי לב והחלפת שסת

Dear Doctor I was born in 1946. I first passed an heart operation in 1966 at Rabin Hospital of Petach Tikva, Israel by Dr. Morris Levi who repaired my MVR & AVR Valves. In 1983 I passed another operation by Dr. Dan Gur who replaced the same valves by artificial ones at Tel Hashomer (Sheba) Hospital, Israel. My 2 daughters were born in 1973 and 1975. In the last two years my health became deteriorated due to fatigue and lack of strength. What should I do? עברתי ניתוח לב ראשון ב- 1966, הרחבת שסתום. ב- 1983 ניתוח לב שני בבי"ח "שיבא", החליפו לי 2 מסתמים מתכתיים, אאורטלי ומטרלי עכשיו יש התדרדרות במצב. הפרוזדורים גדולים מאד ויש מפלים על המסתמים וכנראה דליפה מהמטרלי. מה ניתן לעשות לא פולשני?
