בבקשה ... עזרה בפיענוח תשובת ה- EUS

אני בת 25 , סובלת מכיבים בקיבה , אהיה מודה לך אם תוכל להספיר לי במלים יותר פשוטות ובעברית את הממצאים בבדיקה EUS , ותודה מראש . אבחנות : GASTRICE ULCERS פרטי הבדיקה / הטיפול : פרה מדיקציה : XYLOCAINE SPRAY ממצאים : No sedation was given as she has no accessible veins . following throat local anesthesia the scope adanced into the bulb . there was a large amount of reained gastric material inspite of fasting limiting the exam . in the antrum distal to the incisura a small clean based ulcer not neoplastic appearing seen . scanning with 5 MHz obtaining excellent views related to her thin body habitus showed normal gastric wall thickness AND structure without any lesions especially in the ulcer area . water filling could not be performed because of the retained food . normal celiac axis , pancreas , PD , vessels , AND left adrenal . tolerated well , no complications

למעשה מציין הבודק כי להוציא כיב קטן בקיבה, הנראה שפיר לדבריו - הבדיקה תקינה.הבדיקה מוגבלת היות ונמצא תוכן אוכל בקיבה למרות הצום.
