סבתי, בת 85, סובלת מל"ד לא מאוזן (100-250) מזה תקופה ארוכה. טיפול במגוון תרופות לא הואילו לאורך זמן בייצוב המצב. לאחרונה הושג איזון ע"י שימוש ברסילז 300 (מעכב רנין) אך פניית הרופא לצורך קבלת החזר מסל הבריאות לא אושרה. סבתי לא סובלת מאי ספיקת לב, אך סובלת מבעיה מסוימת בכליות שאת מהותה אינני יודעת בדיוק.
