my wife suffers from colitis attack just after gi

My wife had a beautiful pregnancy with not even a suspicious of any attack, Feeling GREAT!! we thought these awful bloody diaerea is over. After giving birth ,about a month after,the bloody diarea is back with all the symptoms of colitis. Her Ulcerative colitis is minor as respect of the dotors point of view. We are trying to beat this attack with right food diet. So she can go on breath feeding. Doctor, do you have any tips for the right diet OR is there any new grugs that are recommended after giving birth.She is now o Rafasal twice a day .
