please help me

Hello doctor. i just had a surgery AND now i have an ileostomy (i had Colitis). my problam is that ever since then (for 5 month) i cant ejacuate. i get an erection but that' s it. the sperm does'nt come out.?can you please tell me what coulld heppen to me i was o.k before the surgery thank you
