pani in upper stomach

hey d"r gel i am sorry that i am writer in engilsh but u can answer to me in hebrew :)i have pain AND nausea andswelling 3 month i go to d"r AND she give me lanton AND it´s didn´t help me at all i am feeling so bad everyday hope u can tall me what to do :)thank´s a lot wish u the best holiday
