שלום ד"ר בעקבות מחזורים לא סדירים (בין 40 ל -60 יום) ניגשתי לרופא נשים ששלח אותי לבדיקות הורמונליות. נמצא שרמת הפרוגסטרון היו נמוכות ונרשם לי איקאכלומין (Ikaclomin) א. האם מבדיקה חד פעמית ניתן להסיק שהביוץ לא סדיר ולא תמיד מתרחש ב. מהי התרופה הנ"ל, האם יש תופעות לוואי נלוות תודה

בת כמה את ומדוע ניתן לך הטיפול. מעבר לכך קשה לי להאמין שכל מה שנמצא היה שהפרוגסטרון נמוך.

My cycle isnt regular, it takes between 30-60 days. My doctor sent me to two blood tests, during the last cycle. the LH levels and the progesteron levels were low. He said that probably I dont ovulate every month, and gave me Ikaclomin 50 mg. Another important fact is that my husband has a varicocelle, and his sperm count (according to last year) was 55 million. We have a few questions? 1.Is one blood test enough to determin low levels in other months? 2.What exactly is Ikaclomin, how often is it given, what is the prognosis and after how many cycles (statistics) should we expect to get pregnant. 3.The doctor told me to take 1 pill a day, on days 5-9, and the pharmacist told me that usually a pill should be taken every 12 hours. whats the usual dosage? 4.How low is 50 million in a normal sperm count?
