בדיקת סיסיי שיליה

אני בתחילת הריוני השלישי, בת 38, והרופא המליץ לי לעשות בדיקת סיסיי שיליה האם יש כאן מישהי שעברה את זה, מה יש לכם לומר בעד ונגד?

Shalom Rakefet, The question is why your doctor suggested this test. I haven't done this test, but i know the advantage is if something is wrong (chas vechalila) you can terminate the pregnancy in an earlier stage . The disadvantage is that the risk for abortion is higher than in the ammniocintesis (mey-shafir) test. I personally won't do it, unless there are findings that strongly suggests that your fetus suffers from a chromozomal defects. I would wait for the other test (shkifut OR the triple screen).
