Herpes, HPV & Pregnancy

Hi- I am 26 yrs. old and was recently diagnosed with herpes and hpv. I would love one day to get pregnant but terrified from the thought of transmitting the virus to the partner. How did you all do it?? It seems that I am continuously having outbreaks. Altough I don't experience blisters, I do experience discomfort, burning, tingling and pain almost all the time. That probably means that I'm shedding the virus and thus.... how can I get pregnant (hopefully one day) the conventional way without being afraid of transmitting the virus? (hebrew response is okay too) Thanks!
