i did the glucose test the results were not so good 1st blood check after the fast was 78,the 2nd after an hour 189,the 3rd 161,the 4th was 68.,my nurse told me i need to start doing a diet of high protein ,is that right ,pls advise me what to do,im in my 28th week ,i never had problem of sugar+i only gained 14pound till now which is about 6 killo ,ill apreciate your quick answer
