chances for misscarriage

I just started my 11th week and, as everyone, I'm still concerned with misscarriages. Fortunately I feel good, no cramps or bleeding. However, I used to feel nausia and now it disappeared. Is there anything to worry about or am I just lucky

Unfortunately I can only write in English so I hope it will work this time: I just started the 11th week and all symptoms of nausia and exauhtion disappeard I don't experience cramps or bleeding. Is there anything to worry about or am I just lucky to feel better??? Sharon
