Hi I am 19-Week pregnant and taking Prozac For 3 years because of major depression Is it safe to keep using it? I am very worried for my Baby But if I stop taking the Prozac I might have depression again Will it be safe also to breast feed after birth?

taking Prozac in pregnancy is with chance of fetal harm exists but must weigh risk/benefit ; no human studies/animals unsafe;no studies lactation- ?
