Brown spotting

I have brown spotting every cycle which starts about 10-12 days before my period and then about 2 days of bleeding (my cycle is 28 days). Two month ago I had laparoscopy and the doctor said I have endometriosis. The endometriosis was removed but the brown spotting stayed the same What might be the cause for the brown spotting Please answer in Hebrew Thanks Dana
