Neutrophils

hi there, i have been travelling for 4 months and right now i am at Australia. For the last 2.5 months i have chronic diarrhea. I was told that "Sometimes an episode or two of - infectious diarrhea alters something within the intestines temporarily which can last several months, that changes the normal ".consistency of the stool, or the pattern of going to the toilet Anyhow - several days ago i did a blood test here at Sydney, and the results were normal except the count of white blood cells - Neutrophils. i have got 9.3 (the normal range is 2.0 to 7.5 ). What does the high count of Neutrophils mean ? except the loosing stool i am feeling 100% ok. Arnon You can answer in hebrew.
