low platelets

Hi I'm an Israelian living in Namibia and I have sle-lupus when I came to Israel three weeks ago my blood count shown 40000 platelets one week ago I did another blood count and it went down to 15000 the doctors here do not know enough about lupus but they are quiet worried what danger am I facing whith that low rate of plt and whats the best thing for me to do

The risk is bleeding which can be even fatal or cause disability. What to do ? to find doctors / medical center that know how to deal with this or go to another place.. like Israel.... You might need treatment right now or platelet transfusions if it becomes worse.. many things can happen.
