בדיקות דם ומשמעותן

אני בן 54 עשיתי לאחרונה בדיקות דם עם התוצאות הבאות: hemoglobin 12.9 hematocrit 38.3 ESR 38 lymphocytes 13.1 lymphocytes # 0.87 neutrophils % confirm 79.5 lymphocytes % confirm 12.8 urobilinogen 2 כ"כ ירדתי במשקל כ 5%. דם סמוי בצואה שלילי. כ"כ היה לי דלקת בגרון לאחרונה ואני מטופל באנטיביוטיקה (10 ימים) רופאת המשפחה שלחה אותי לגסטרו. ד"ר מה דעתך על תוצאות בדיקת הדם? האם ניתן להעריך לאיזו בעיה תוצאות אלו מצביעות?

אי אפשר להבין דבר מהנתונים שרשמת רשום את תוצאות הספירה במלואה, כל פריט בשורה נפרדת. רק תוצאות בלי טווחים או פרשנויות.
