אנמיה ממושכת בן שנה וחצי

שלום דר. ציצוביץ, בני בן שנה וחצי ומזה 6 חודשים סובל מאנמיה. למרות מתן מינון 20 טיפות ליום רמת הברזל אינה עולה. בנוסף רמת ההמטוקריט עלתה רק בבדיקה האחרונה. הבדיקות להלן נעשו על ידי רופאת הילדים והיא אינה יודעת כיצד להמשיך הלאה. אודה לך אם תוכל לתת לנו כיווני בדיקה נוספים. האם בדקו ערכי פריטין ? טרנספרין ? חומצה פולית ? B12 ? איזה תכשיר ברזל הוא מקבל ? האם היה חולה בעת ביצוע הספירה שרשמת את תוצאותיה ? מחלת חום כלשהי ? אם קראתי נכון את מה שרשמת בסוף ההודעה, הרי שיש לו רמה מוגברת של נוגדנים אנטי TTG מסוג IGG בעוד שרמת ה- אנטי TTG מסוג IGA נמוכה - אולי יש לו רמה נמוכה כללית של IGA ואולי כדאי לבדוק לו את רמות האימונוגלובולינים בבדיקה כמותית. יכול להיות שזה רמז לקיום צליאק. כדאי להתייעץ עם רופא ילדים. מאידך, אולי לא הבנתי נכון את מה שרשום בהודעה (כתבת tTg-IgG ובהמשך רשמת אימונוגלובולין A ???)

Dear Dr. Sorry, but I can't write in hebrew at home. He hasn't been tested for feritin, transperin, folic asid AND b12. He was recovering from pneumonia at the time he did the test, about a two days after we stopped the antibioticks. My peditrician said that he doesn't have tzeliak. My son is receving Perifel-3 20 drops daily. As far as I understand the Dr. is waiting for the Telesemia results. Do you have any further thougths on this problem? Thanks in advance Sharon
