headeache and pain

hi dr!! i wrote you before couple days...my problem is that there are no exactly "good doctors here" they send me away all the time saying i have nothing. i have a constant headeache and pain in armpit..swollen lymph node that swells and goes...and back again..there is oain in the back in the left side..which is the side of the lymph node.. ..pain in the muscles and i feel the pain just under my ribs...like a stab.. what can it be? i check for possobilities in the internet and all i see is cancer...cancer and cancer... i am afraid so much.. i did my blood tests..nothing is not ok..everything is fine... may it be fibermologhia? i have pain in some places in the body...especially now in neck and head and shoulder and ribs... if you dont have any answer can you please write me exams i should do to find out what it is? like to check possobility for cancer or mono or whatever... thank you again shabat shalom avi

שלום אבי ברור לך שקשה מאוד לאבחן מכאן. זה יכול להיות וירוס או מחלה זיהומית אחרת. היכן בדיוק אתה נמצא ? האם יש לך חום ? האם שתית חלב בקר / צאן לא מפוסטר ? האם שהית באזורי מערות / חורבות ? האם נעקצת ? באיזה גובה אתה נמצא וכמה זמן אתה שם ? עד מתי תהיה שם ? איני משוכנע שהמקום הנכון זה פורום המטולוגיה. יתכן שכדאי להתייעץ עם רופא פנימי / מומחה למחלות זיהומיות.
