אני מזריקת קלקסן ולצערי עדיין לא מצליחה לבד ונעזרת באחיות. תוכל בבקשה להסביר לי האם יש צורך לכוון את המזרק ב 90 מעלות לבטן(לשיפולי הבטן) או באלכסון כמו כניסה לוריד. כל פעם אני שומעת דעות אחרות מהאחיות המזריקות. תודה

הנה ההוראות המדויקות : Injection should be made preferably when the patient is lying down. Enoxaparin sodium is administered by deep subcutaneous injection. Do not expel the air bubble from the syringe before injection to avoid the loss of drug when using the 20 and 40 mg prefilled syringes. The administration should be alternated between the left and right anterolateral or posterolateral abdominal wall. The whole length of the needle should be introduced vertically in a skin fold gently held between the thumb and index finger. The skin fold should not be releases until the injection is complete.
