TRAMADEX

My mom is 98 years old,, lately she is suffering terrible pain במפרק ירך her weight is kg33 taking regularly Micropirine, capoten and nombon before bed time. The doctor recomended Tramadex to ease the pain so she could get up on her feet at least for the basic needs at home.. We 've started with 10 drops twice daily because there is always someone morning and evening, it was recomended to change to 50 mg pills after few days. What is your opinion?

Hi Efraim Tramadex exists in 2 forms- the drops and the pills. There is no difference between them. If your mother prefer to take the drops form, do so. 10 drops are equivalent to 40 mg of tramadol. Usually the dose is 50-100 mg every 4-6 hours. If 40 mg twice a day is enough, you do not have to increase the amount, but you should know that you can increase the dose up to 300 mg per day.
