SAPHO ?????

שלום רב ברצוני לברר קצת יותר על המחלה הזו קצת יותר מידע ובעיקר דרכי טיפול חיפשתי קצת בפורום הזה וראיתי הודעה דומה וביקשו שם את השם המלא של המחלה זה השם המלא .לפחות זה מה שהבנתי מהרופא SAPHO אין גם הרבה אתרים על הנושא אבל מצאתי את זה http://www.medicinenet.com/SAPHO_Syndrome/article.htm קצת מידע מתוך האתר ............................................... What is SAPHO syndrome? SAPHO syndrome is a chronic disorder that involves the skin, bone, and joints. SAPHO is an eponym for the combination of synovitis, acne, pustulosis, hyperostosis, and osteitis. Synovitis means inflammation of the joint lining (synovium). Typically, this is manifest as warmth, tenderness, pain, swelling, and stiffness of involved joints (arthritis). Acne is a skin condition featuring tiny areas of inflammation with pus formation at the hair follicles. Acne occurs most commonly on the face and upper back. Pustulosis is a very inflammatory skin condition resulting in large fluid-filled blister-like areas (pustules), typically on the palms of the hands and/or the soles of the feet. The skin of these areas peels and flakes (exfoliates). Hyperostosis means abnormal excessive growth of bone. The hyperostosis of the SAPHO syndrome frequently is located at the points of the bone where tendons attach. Osteitis means inflammation of the bone. Patients with SAPHO syndrome can develop inflammation of the sacroiliac joints (sacroiliitis) as well as inflammation of the spine (spondylitis) which leads to stiffness and pain of the neck and back. תודה רבה

hi elad, i would like to know more a bout sapho syndrome, share experiences AND find a succesfull treatment. i have tried a few things over the years, but i was not sure really what it is that i am suffering from. if anybody has knwoledge OR any information about it, please contact me. thanks, gilia

שלום לכולם! ראשית כל, דווקא בבית חולים רמב'ם מטפל בSAPHO פרופ' נהיר - מנהל מחלקת ראומטולוגיה!!! SAPHO הוא אמנם סינדרום נדיר אך יש ראומטולוגים שמודעים לו. בנוסף לא מזמן (לפני כשנה) נערך כנס מיוחד בנושא. שנית, אני חולת SAPHO, וכיום אינני סובלת מהכאבים שסבלתי מהם בעבר. (מה שנקרא - בדימוס). יש לי ניסיון רב, כולל ביקורים שונים (לפני האיבחון) בניתוחי חזה והצעות "מגונות" לכריתות שונות של איברים שונים בגוף. הכי חשוב זה לדעת שאין צורך בביופסיה בעצם. אם מישהו רוצה לברר פרטים נוספים איתי, הוא מוזמן לעשות זאת בשמחה ובששון. באמצעות המייל המופיע כאן. אשמח לתמוך, להציע, להסביר וכו' הדס
