Staring seizure

My son is 10 years old. when he was 1.5 he had a seizure that lasted about 25 minutes until he gut an injection by paramedics. he was admitted to an epileptic Dept. at Hackensack University in NJ and they performed CT MRI and EEG. The CT and MRI where clean but the EEG had 30 seizures in a 24 hours period . They put him on Trileptol and since then he is good for few months and he gets it back. Today he is on Trileptol, Depakod, and 3 months ago they add to him FYCOMPA. Since than they raised it twice and its steal not under control.Do you think that this can go away at an older age ? Would you have dune anything differently regarding his treatment ?
