problem with my left foot

A year ago I had a major operation to remove a benign schawanoma that was very close 2 my spine. Since the operation my left foot is ALWAYS warmer than the right, and a bit darker too. On top of these symptoms, Now my left foot has a badly cracked heel, and the skin at the bottom of my foot is very dry and scaly. There's no itching or swelling on my foot. right foot is very healthy. I am worried about the rapid deterioration of my foot. more info: I am a 50 y/o male. I take Omepradex daily for my heartburn. I am now on a 10 day course of antibiotics to treat a bad toothache. I am a maccabi member, but at the moment I am in USA, and cannot afford to see a local doctor. please advise thank u
