Positive HPV test

When I was 18, i got HPV vaccine. Now I am almost 21 and my last pap and HPV tests showed that I have high risk of HPV and abnormal pap smear. I am devastated , I don't know what I should do next. I was told to repeat the test in a year, but I am worry that it's too long to wait. Please help!!!
