microscopic urine analysis results

Good day, a few days ago I had done a dipstick urine test AND there were signs of microscopic hemtauria. I have done afterwards the microscopic urine analysis AND blood creatinine serum. I have been told that all is ok. however I am still concered: Can u explain the meaning of the following: Eryhrocyes: 6 x 10 6 /L (n smaller then 10) I know it has to do with RBC . Is it OK ? Your question is a bit confused AND I am no sure I understand it properly. You say that there is no microscopic hematuria (meaning there is no blood in the urine ) AND then you mention ery 10X106, is that a blood test OR urine ?
