כאבי אשך וכאבים בשפיכה - תוצאות אולטרה סאונד

שלום, לפני כחודשיים הופיעו לי כאבים עזים באשכים ובאזור המפשעה, טופלתי בכמה תרופות ומשככי כאבים (codein phosphate, Doxazosin Myesylate, Paracetamol, Coiiprofloxacin) כאשר הן לא עזרו. בסופו של דבר נותרתי רק עם משככי כאבים וללא אבחנה. הכאבים הלכו וירדו בתדירותם ובעוצמתם אך מה שנותר באותה הצורה הוא כאב עז לאחר יציאת השפיך, הן במפשעה, באשך ובקצה הפין. הופתני לאולטרה סאונד transrectal. התוצאות שמצאו משהו להלן: The prostate itself is uniform in its echotexture with a small, central area demonstrated. There is no cystic change within the prostate. The Senina vesicles are asymmetrical with the right seminal vesicle being somewhat distent and containing mobile debris but not cuistically dilated. The maximun diameter through the area is 13mm as oposed to the ledt side at about 8,mm. Following the vas down towards the ejaculatory duct region looks normal. The vas on both sided can be identified and is normal thick-walled structure. There is no calcification around the ejaculatory ducts region and I can't see a cause for the asymmetry of the seminal vesicies. The patient didn't seem to be particularly tender over the seminal vesicle area. SUMMAY: Asymmetry of the seminal vesicles with the right more sdistented than the left but no cause for this. הרופא ציין כי אין מה לעשות מכיוון שישנה איזושהי חסימה אך היא ציסטה/גידול/פצע/... ולכן צריך להמתין. בינתיים אני לא מקיים יחסי מין עם אשתי ורציתי לדעת האם ישנה איזושהי תרופה/טיפול לבעיה? בתודה, חיים
